You Saved Big Under Michigan's Proposal A

While Village's do not collect taxes, this article provides information on Michigan's confusing Property Tax system. Since 1994, with the voter approval of Proposal A, taxpayer confusion regarding SEV, Taxable Value, and increasing tax bills when SEV is falling has grown.
